- RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods to cancel or return your order without giving any reason.
If you wish to return an item after the 14-day legal cooling-off period, we may still consider returns up to 45 days after delivery at our discretion.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
You must provide a receipt, confirmation email, or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

with your order number and the reason for return.
If approved, we will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized products
Original artworks and commissioned pieces
Digital goods once downloaded
Gift cards or sale items
- EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it as described above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
- REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
